PLDT Smart Officially Launches MVP Rewards Program, Earn Points by Paying Your Bills

PLDT Smart has officially launched a revolutionary new rewards program that lets customers earn rewards points, that are as good as cash, just by doing things they already do such as paying their bills or loading up their prepaid accounts.

“MVP Rewards is a game-changer in the country’s rewards category. We made sure that the unique benefits and features of the program and the card are truly rewarding for our subscribers. This is only the beginning of a wider roll-out that will include a bigger membership base, more partners and more exciting perks,” said PLDT FVP and Group Head for Loyalty and Rewards Annette W. Tirol.

The rewards program, which is powered by PayMaya, will immediately credit points to a customer’s rewards account when they pay for their enrolled PLDT Home, Smart, Sun and TNT bills in full and on time or load up their Smart, Sun and TNT prepaid accounts. The more accounts a customer enrolls onto their MVP Rewards account, the more points they can potentially earn as they are consolidated into a single virtual wallet.

The points can then be used to purchase things online (by using the virtual MVP Rewards card) and in stores (with the physical card) just like a debit card. Both the virtual and physical rewards cards may be used as a VISA card, allowing it to be used internationally. The physical MVP Rewards also comes with a Paywave feature so it can be used to pay for toll fees on Cavitex.

Additionally, customers enrolled in the program will automatically included in regular member-only raffle draws or even receive special discounts when they show their MVP card at various establishments nationwide (including restaurants, fitness and wellness centers, and retail outlets).

Customers can sign up for the MVP Rewards program at www.mvprewards.ph and qualified subscribers who sign up for program on or before February 28, 2018, will also get their very own sleek black personalized card delivered right to their doorsteps for free.
