OPPO has announced its new Send-in Repair Service, a new contactless service that will allow users in the Philippines to send their devices to OPPO Service Centers for repairs.
“As a brand committed to delivering the best devices to our consumers, we’re also equally committed to ensuring we offer the best possible customer care services possible. We understand the difficulties and the anxiety of our consumers whenever they have to travel outside of their homes at this time so we’ve introduced a contactless customer repair service through the Send-in Repair Service that gives our users a safer and more convenient way to have their OPPO devices checked,” says Aaron Gueverra, OPPO Philippines Aftersales Assistant Director. Here’s how you can directly ship your device to the closest OPPO Service Centers and everything you should keep in mind when doing so.
To avail of the new Send-in Repair Service, customers only need to go to the OPPO Support website, choose the Send-in Repair Service, fill up the required information, and submit their request. Once approved, customers will receive a Send-in Repair order and the information of the respective OPPO Service Center where they can send their OPPO product for repair via the courier of their choice. Additionally, customers can also submit Send-in Repair Service requests via the MyOPPO App.
Once the OPPO Service Center receives and finishes checking and repairing the device, it will ship back the device to the customer and cover the expense of returning the item.
The OPPO Send-in Repair Service is currently only available to OPPO users within the National Capital Region.
