Honor of Kings has partnered with popular fastfood chain McDonald’s in the Philippines to host the inaugural McDonald’s Tempest Cup. The tournament, which is also supported by smartphone brand TECNO, is being held from September 8 to October 5, 2024, across several locations around the country, including Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City, and more.
The McDonald’s Tempest Cup is open to both amateur and professional players and features a prize pool of over half a million pesos as well as exclusive McDonald’s gift certificates.
Angelica Frances Neri, Esports Manager at Level Infinite, shared her excitement: “We’re making great strides in developing the Honor of Kings esports ecosystem and are thrilled to partner with McDonald’s on the McDonald’s Tempest Cup to support talent across the Philippines. - South Luzon: Rizal (Antipolo – 952 E. Rodriguez), Batangas (Lipa – Lipa Ayala)
- Visayas: Cebu City (756 Paseo Arcenas), Iloilo City (525 Iloilo Business Park)
- Mindanao: Misamis Oriental (Cagayan de Oro – 833 Uptown CDO), Davao City (560 Matina Crossing)
