One of the things that make people reluctant to get a smartphone postpaid plan is the long lock-up periods of these plans but Globe is finally taking the lead and changing the market by announcing a new set of plans with no lock-up period.
The new myLifestyle No Lock-Up Plans will no longer require subscibers to commit to their accounts for a long period of time. Additionally, the new plans now include more data allocation, unlimited calls and texts to Globe, unlimited text to all networks, free access to Facebook, and free HOOQ or Spotify for a limited time.
There will be six different myLifestyle No Lock-up Plans available starting from Plan 599 which comes with 500MB of data all the way up to Plan 2999 which comes with 20GB of data as well as 1GB of free Spotify Premium or HOOQ for three months. Users may also add Globe’s currently available classic packs for additional consumables such as international calls and texts.
The new plans will not be bundled with any devices so users will be able to use any device they wish and since subscribers may request for either a nano, micro, or standard SIM then the plan is suitable and compatible with any type of device. Lastly, interested subscribers need only present one valid ID to apply for the new myLifestyle No Lock-up Plans.
